Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team in North Vancouver! The ideal candidate must have Level 2 General Insurance License and at least 4 years of direct leadership experience.
Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manages the branch, including, but not limited to, client service, satisfaction and retention; sales; claims resolution; employee attraction, retention, employee engagement and development.
- Responsible for profitability within the branch.
- Ensure an excellent and consistent client service experience.
- Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains and motivates talents.
- Directs team members and provides leadership within the branch including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members.
- Manage all operational aspects of the branch.
Requirements:
- 5+ years insurance related experience, combined with at least 4 years direct leadership experience.
- Level 2 General Insurance License.
- CIP designation or enrolled in CIP course is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
