Branch Manager – IW-9545

Our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team in North Vancouver! The ideal candidate must have Level 2 General Insurance License and at least 4 years of direct leadership experience.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:

  1. Manages the branch, including, but not limited to, client service, satisfaction and retention; sales; claims resolution; employee attraction, retention, employee engagement and development.
  2. Responsible for profitability within the branch.
  3. Ensure an excellent and consistent client service experience.
  4. Provide a positive work environment that attracts, retains and motivates talents.
  5. Directs team members and provides leadership within the branch including hiring, coaching, and mentoring team members.
  6. Manage all operational aspects of the branch.


Requirements:

  1. 5+ years insurance related experience, combined with at least 4 years direct leadership experience.
  2. Level 2 General Insurance License.
  3. CIP designation or enrolled in CIP course is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication, leadership and customer service skills.
