The Brokerage Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our residential property management brokerage. This individual will ensure that our properties are managed efficiently, tenants are satisfied, and that our services align with the highest industry standards.
Duties and Responsibilities Oversee the daily operational activities of our brokerage Develop, implement, and refine property management policies and procedures Manage tenant relationships and swiftly address any concerns Conduct routine property inspections to ensure they remain in pristine condition Negotiate property leases, renewals, and rent adjustments Prepare and oversee budgets, financial reports, and other necessary documents Ensure strict adherence to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to property management. Stay informed about industry updates and changes to regulations Work in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to boost the overall performance and value of the properties under management Must Have At least 2 years of experience as a licensed residential property manager Associate/Managing Broker’s license for Property Management in BC is an advantage, but not required. Propped will provide the necessary support for the right candidate to secure a Managing Broker’s license A deep understanding of property management laws and regulations Stellar communication, organization, and interpersonal skills The capability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities effectively Proficiency with property management software tools A demonstrated history of prioritizing customer service excellence.
