Overview
Job Title: Business Analyst – IT
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Duration: 12 + Months
Responsibilities
- Execute on and remediate a list of high-risk clients to be compliant.
- Act as a product SME to assist with escalations for BDS, Payee Match and Cheque Pro products. Assist with the update and creation of product documentation – assisting with Payee match Negative Pay and BDS product updates. Assist with other operating services related product updates/investigations as needed
- Lead remediation project for White-label ATM clients and Internal Client Accounts to ensure clients have been onboarded or internal accounts have been opened following Client Policy. The resource will review client SRF profiles to confirm clients are relationship managed, where needed, that applicable questionnaires have been completed and that National Office or Enterprise AML approvals have been obtained
Must have Skills
- Problem solving, learning new things, good communication skills, team player
- Previous remediation experience, experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in commercial banking and remediation projects
