What You’ll Do

✨ Identify, pursue, and close new customer opportunities across Canada (with future global expansion).
Build and expand our distribution network with long-term industry partnerships.
Grow and manage key accounts to ensure exceptional service and consistent revenue.
Execute targeted sales campaigns, product pushes, and promotional initiatives.
Collaborate with leadership on market expansion strategies using customer + competitive insights.
Maintain strong business relationships with customers and industry contacts.
Set and execute monthly/weekly sales plans to meet KPIs and annual targets.

 

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven sales experience (BD, B2B; construction, industrial, or e-commerce a plus).
✔ Track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets.
✔ Strong negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills.
✔ Comfort working across national and international markets.
✔ Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-focused.
✔ Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative culture.
