  • Support and collaborate with regional sales agents within your territory to drive market penetration and sales growth.
  • Educate customers and partners on harsh industrial and hazardous location certification requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to identify the right lighting solutions for hazardous and harsh environments.
  • Conduct presentations and product training sessions to demonstrate BeLuce’s solutions and value proposition.
  • Promote and sell BeLuce’s full industrial lighting portfolio, including hazardous high bays, floodlights, linear strip fixtures, pendant low bay lighting, emergency/exit fixtures, corrosion-resistant marine washdown products, and NSF-rated food & beverage lighting.
  • Identify niche market opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent BeLuce at key trade shows, industry associations, and conferences (CGA, CIM, CWWA, EAC, PTAC, HazardEx North America, Alberta Construction Association, Alberta Industrial Heartland Association, Global Energy Show, Canadian Mining Expo, PDAC, WEFTEC Canada, ISA Automation Expo).
  • Participate in speaking engagements, sponsorships, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and credibility.
  • Promote BeLuce’s competitive advantages, emphasizing Canadian-focused engineering, proven reliability, quick-ship product availability, and the strength of Ascot Capital, all while maintaining the agility and customer focus of a privately owned company.
