We’re Hiring: Sales / Business Development Representative

Location: Calgary, Alberta / Houston, Texas (Flexible)

We are a Calgary-based company focused on manufacturing dissolvable elastomer sealing elements for frac plugs and downhole completion tools. Our mission is to bring sustainable, high-performance solutions to the oil & gas sector. As we scale up, we’re looking for 2-5 Sales or Business Development professionals with a strong understanding of fracturing operations and downhole tools to join our core team.



Your Role

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oilfield service and completions tools market
  • Promote our proprietary dissolvable sealing element products to E&P companies, service providers, and tool manufacturers
  • Provide technical sales support in collaboration with our engineering team
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through field engagement and regular communication
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to marketing and product positioning strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Solid understanding of hydraulic fracturing and downhole completion tools
  • Prior experience in oilfield services, tool sales, or completions engineering preferred
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently
  • Flexible work arrangements available


Compensation

  • Base salary: Fixed base
  • Commission: High-performance-based commission, with no cap on earnings
  • Incentives: Opportunity to grow with the company and participate in early-stage strategic development
