Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 1+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role (internships or co-op experience included).


Overview:

We are seeking an Business decision support professional to join our team and support key


business initiatives related to system process mapping, data cleaning, and business

requirements gathering.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical individual who

enjoys working with stakeholders, documenting business processes, and supporting data-driven



decision-making.

What you will be doing?

• Help develop and maintain business documentation, including standard operating


procedures, user guides, and training materials.

• Assist in developing and maintaining system process maps to document workflows

and business operations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, academic units, and

administrative staff, to support project implementation.

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for


process improvements and system enhancements.

• Assist in identifying pain points and inefficiencies in existing processes and propose

actionable solutions.


• Support data cleaning and preparation to ensure data integrity for reporting and


analysis.
