We are seeking a highly skilled C4C Technical Architect Lead with deep expertise in integrating SAP Sales & Service Cloud with multiple SAP and non-SAP systems. The ideal candidate should have extensive technical experience in Cloud Application Studio (SDK), SAP C4C with Utilities & SAP I-SU, and a strong understanding of multi-tier architecture and business analytics within SAP solutions. This role requires the ability to lead, design, and blueprint technical solutions while coordinating with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of multiple SAP & Non-SAP systems with SAP Sales & Service Cloud.
- Work with systems such as CPI, PI/PO, SOAP UI, ODATA web services, Cloud Application Studio, ECC & CRM systems, and SAP JAM.
- Provide expertise in ABSL, BODL, UI Script, MDRO, Embedded Components, Custom Print Forms, Custom Business Objects, SDK Fields, Mashup, Web Services, and XML File Input.
- Lead 5+ SAP Sales & Service cloud implementations, providing guidance in technical architecture and solution design.
- Develop complex solutions and extensions using Cloud Applications Studio (SDK), focusing on UI design, custom screens, and deployment.
- Understand the multi-tier architecture and business analytics of SAP Sales & Service Cloud Solutions.
- Provide leadership in release planning & management, sprint planning, and scrum meetings to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical blueprints and designs.
- Solve complex problems using creative and critical thinking skills, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of technical experience in SAP and other relevant technologies.
- 5+ SAP Sales & Service Cloud implementations.
- Expertise in SAP C4C with Utilities and SAP I-SU.
- Experience with ABSL, BODL, UI Script, MDRO, Custom Business Objects, SDK Fields, Mashup, and Web Services.
- Proficiency in Cloud Application Studio (SDK) and multi-tier architecture.
- Ability to lead development teams and manage scrum and sprint planning.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, CSV, PPT.
- Superior problem-solving, creative thinking, and communication skills.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46.23/hour – $72.23/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
