What youll be doing:

• Connect and engage with customers in person or virtually over the phone, through text, email and social media listen to their needs, answer questions, and guide them through the car-buying experience with confidence and care.
• Prospecting new businessyoull be making a high volume of daily outbound calls to generate new leads, follow ups, and check in with past clients. It's not always glamorous, but it works, and its a huge key to your success here.
• Show off our inventoryknow your products inside and out so you can highlight features, benefits, and options that match each customer's lifestyle.
• Lead test drives like a proset the tone for a great customer experience while making it easy (and FFUN!) for them to picture life in their new vehicle.
• Follow up like a champbuild lasting relationships by checking in, providing updates, and helping customers feel supported every step of the way.
• Own your sales goalsmanage your pipeline, track your performance, and collaborate with the team to crush targets and celebrate big wins.
• Be a team playerjump in where needed, cheer others on, and help create a workplace thats positive, supportive, and just plain awesome.
