Center Director

RESET Learning Program supports learners in self-awareness, learning habits and lifelong learning through understanding, practice and habit-forming implementation. The program facilitates understanding neuroplasticity and how the brain learns through a structured research-based model.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Centre Director to oversee the daily operations and strategic direction of our learning center. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a strong background in educational program marketing/administration and a deep commitment to learner success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning center, ensuring a high standard of educational service and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing and enrollment strategic plans to enhance educational programs, increase learner enrollment, and ensure financial sustainability.
• Hire, train, and manage staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with parents, learners, and the local community.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various RESET programs and make adjustments as necessary.
• Manage the center’s budget, optimize resource allocation, and oversee financial planning activities.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Marketing or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational administration or management, preferably in a tutoring or learning center environment.
• Self-driven and result-oriented.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using technology to improve educational outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Passionate about education and committed to the development of learners.
