Proven experience and skilled at negotiating/analysing/conceptualizing the commercial opportunities within the supply chains to cooperate with counterparts to translate these into revenue streams 7. Advanced inter-personal skills with a positive, honest, and open mindset Role: 1. Plan, organize and evaluate the strategies to understand operations risks , opportunities and business interests 2. Ensure company wide adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental topics, including environmental and workplace health and safety regulations, changing expectations of stakeholders, and national/local issues.

Establish Global Supply Chain optimization/execution 7. Conduct Feasibility studies 8. Create Sea, Air and Land Transport cost modelling for: a. Mine Construction b.
Mine Production: Management of Supply chain flows 9. Conduct Road surveys and provide definitive solutions and cost estimations 10. Offer Trade and tariff consultancy services to existing and prospective clients 11. Establish SOPs for Master List Management for in country specific Projects 8.
Oversee Global transport management for construction projects 9. Plan and Execute Heavy Haul/Oversize cargo delivery 10. Establish Global Supply Chain optimization/execution 11. Design purpose-built solution for clients for Order expediting, reporting Real time Track & Trace E-2-E systems 12.
Integrate and coordinate resources across functions and boundaries, building and using networks, encouraging collaboration across borders, being open to outside input and sharing knowledge and expertise 13. Identify cargo consolidation services to assist clients globally 14. Attend Pre-shipment Inspectorates 15. Create client specific reports for Documentation Management services 16.
Oversea Customs clearance services 17. Dangerous Goods consultancy services 18. On-site materials management services, offer value in end-to-end order management. 19.
Specialised Charter brokerage for Air and Sea including a. Supervision at load/disport coordinating all facets b. Survey services 20. Lead people, including hiring and retaining talent, directing reports, defining KPIs and monitoring performance 21.
Organise including prioritising, planning, assigning, and controlling objectives 22. Focus on customer service as a core value, increasing operational efficiencies, setting, and monitoring high standards of quality necessary to retain / improve customer relationships 23.
