Responsibilities
A day in the life of a Change Manager:

1. Develop and implement a multi-year change strategy & approach for the program
2. Define and measure key success metrics and monitor change progress
3. Assess and understand change readiness & change impacts and identify key stakeholder groups to inform required activities
4. Scope, plan, design and implement change and engagement activities (e.g., change impact assessments, leadership alignment, readiness assessments, hypercare & sustainment plans) to enable multi-year program(s) and support the adoption of changes required by transformation initiatives.
5. Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement, communications and sustainment plans that support stakeholders throughout the change journey
6. Lead and facilitate stakeholder sessions across multiple teams to enable leadership alignment and commitment
7. Work with the program leadership team and Change Management COE in planning & reporting on required change management activities
8. Identify any change-related program risks and recommended mitigation steps
9. Engage and collaborate with other team members and partners in the business (e.g., P&C, communications, learning/training) throughout the transformation journey to plan and deliver on our transformation priorities
10. Provide input, document requirements and support the design/delivery of change learning programs
11. Apply a creative mix of new & existing frameworks, methodologies, and tools, in partnership with the Change Management COE, to ensure effective delivery of the program

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or related discipline
2. 4-8 years of experience in planning and delivering large-scale transformation programs, ideally in a change management role
3. Certification in Change Management is an asset
4. Excellent communication & facilitation skills with an ability to partner with Senior Leaders and articulate messages to a variety of audiences
5. Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills
7. Demonstrated willingness to learn on the job – has a ‘growth’ mindset
