Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and caring individual to assist with childcare duties on Thursday evenings. The role involves engaging in playtime with two energetic boys, including activities such as building with Legos, Duplos, and magnets, as well as quieter pursuits like crafts.
The ideal candidate will be assertive yet empathetic, able to establish a routine that meets the children’s needs. This may include reading stories, helping with grade 1 homework (focusing on spelling and reading skills), and ensuring they get to bed on time.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with evening childcare duties on Thursday nights
- Engage in playtime activities with the children, including building and creative pursuits
- Help with homework, focusing on spelling and reading skills
- Establish a bedtime routine for the children
