<p><h3>Overview</h3><p>S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for a CFO to join our team at our Head Office in Swift Current, SK. This is a full-time position.</p><p>Since 1966, our company has been designing and building specialized equipment, products, and custom components for end-users and other manufacturers around the world. S3 fosters a respectful, teamwork environment where ideas are valued and everyone contributes with significance.</p><p>The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills with well-rounded overall experience in accounting.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provides the Finance and Accounting framework for multiple operating divisions</li><li>Leads corporate financing initiatives, including financial institution negotiations and agreements</li><li>Leads due diligence efforts, specific to M&A activities</li><li>Provides timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts</li><li>Works year round to ensure an unqualified audit at year end</li><li>Leads the annual budget process, including P&L, cash flow, and capex budgets</li><li>Oversees the organization's risk management strategy including insurance and FX hedging</li><li>Manages internal controls, process maps, and procedures for all financial systems in the organization</li><li>Coordinates training and internal auditing of administrative functions</li><li>Plays a key role in post-acquisition integration</li><li>Executes the business plan objectives by working proactively with the management team</li><li>Preference will be given to a candidate that could lead the HR and / or IT functions of the Company</li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned</li></ul><p>Please apply with a cover letter & resume.</p></p>
