About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO to bring clarity, focus, and momentum to high-impact initiatives. Acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner, you’ll help set priorities, structure key projects, and drive execution across leadership and teams. Your role will enable leadership effectiveness, foster alignment, and scale the CEO’s impact across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate big-picture strategy into actionable priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and unblock high-impact projects.

  • Act as a proxy for the CEO in key meetings and engagements.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in a similar role supporting C-Suite executives; experience in consulting, investment, finance, or real estate preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with modern digital tools and openness to AI-powered solutions.
