The Opportunity: Own the “What” and “Why” of EviSmart. Define “Why We Win.”

As Evident’s Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will own the entire EviSmart product ecosystem, including Dentist Platform, Lab Platform, Core CAD/AI Engine, Onboarding & Payment Solutions. Your goal: ensure Evident consistently delivers innovative products that solve user problems, create market demand, and provide an exceptional user experience.

What You’ll Do – If You’re an A+ Owner:

• Architect the Future: Develop and drive an integrated product vision and strategic roadmap for all EviSmart product lines, with clear prioritization.
• Lead the Elite: Inspire and manage our teams of Product Owners and Head of Design, attracting top talent.
• Become the User’s Advocate: Deeply understand user needs and market dynamics to inform product development.
• Drive Product Development: Oversee the entire lifecycle from conception to launch, iteration, and market dominance.
• Define Value and Pricing: Develop pricing and packaging strategies that reflect the value delivered by EviSmart.

• Proven Experience: Held roles such as VP Product or CPO in high-stakes tech or SaaS environments with successful product portfolios.
• Strategic & Ruthless: Big-picture thinker capable of tough decision-making and protecting the product vision.
