Job Description
As a Civil Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects to ensure that our projects meet quality standards and are completed according to schedule.Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Conduct quality inspections and control measures throughout the construction process.
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Collaborate with project managers and foremen to facilitate smooth project execution.
Prepare detailed reports on project progress and quality assessments.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards during construction.
Requirements
Proven experience in civil supervision or related field within the electrical and construction industry.
Strong understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with construction estimating practices is an asset.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
