About the Opportunity:

As a Civil Superintendent, you will oversee daily operations on-site for various infrastructure projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise all on-site activities for civil construction projects.

  • Provide leadership to field crews, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

  • 10+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
  • Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, including road construction, underground utilities, and excavation.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage on-site construction teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
