Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base + bonus, benefits, company vehicle, and vacation

About the Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all on-site activities for civil construction projects.
  
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines and objectives.
  
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and environmental regulations.
  
• Provide leadership to field crews, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  
• Conduct site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks to maintain project integrity.
  
• Prepare daily reports and documentation related to site activities and project milestones.
  

What Brings You to the Table:

• 10+ years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
  
• Strong knowledge of civil infrastructure, including road construction, underground utilities, and excavation.
  
• Proven ability to lead and manage on-site construction teams effectively.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
  
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
  
• Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
