Position Overview

As the Client & Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients and delivering high-impact support to the Sales Team. This position bridges client care, operational execution, and internal collaboration - contributing to sales efficiency, revenue growth, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Sales Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for select inbound client inquiries and participate indiscovery calls as needed.
  • Assist and collaborate with Sales Representatives to create and update quotes, preparecompelling client resource folders, and execute timely, thoughtful follow-ups that keepopportunities moving forward.
  • Assist the Sales team in reviewing incoming tender and RFP documents to identifyproduct alignment, assess fit, and support timely, strategic responses.
  • Independently manage small-scale orders (typically under $20K), and seamlesslytransition complex or high-value orders to the appropriate Sales team member.
  • Guide clients to the online shop for qualifying orders and provide support for web-basedtransactions. Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and customer service teams to address order issues as needed.
  • Champion high-quality post-sale client experience by sending proactive maintenance reminders, offer value-added touchpoints (e.g., educational walk-throughs on qualifying orders), and following up on product and service satisfaction and reviews.


Operational Support

  • Own the intake and tracking of incoming maintenance requests. Collaborate cross-departmentally to determine appropriate solutions and prepare tailored maintenancecontracts as needed.
  • Under the direction of the Sales Manager, support a variety of sales administration tasks
    as needed including updating SOPs, client-facing documents, and sales resources.
  • Support the team by maintaining accurate and timely data entry in the CRM and salespipeline, enabling reliable forecasting, reporting, and overall team efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, pricing structures, and industry trends to confidentlysupport clients and internal teams.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination role;experience in construction, design, or educational sales is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Microsoft Office/GoogleWorkspace, and basic order management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; customer-centric mindset.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborativeteam.
