Location: Downtown Toronto, ON, Hybrid (initial 3 months primarily on-site for training, then 3 days per week in office)

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive thoughtful, accurate, and highly responsive service, supporting long-term relationships built on trust and consistency.

You will work closely with a collaborative client service and operations team, alongside Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers who value professionalism, kindness, and teamwork. Your Responsibilities

  • You'll coordinate and review quarterly client statements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • In this role, you'll manage client cash requests and maintain detailed cash management records.
  • You'll prepare client documentation including onboarding forms, KYCs, and ongoing account updates.
  • You'll support account openings and liaise with the custodian on operational and account-related inquiries.
  • You'll reconcile transactions within the portfolio management system for internal and client reporting.
  • You'll assist Portfolio and Relationship Managers with meeting materials and client servicing needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-5+ years of client service experience within wealth or investment management.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience with portfolio management systems and CRM platforms, Salesforce or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
