Role:
Client Support Specialist
Location:
Calgary, Alberta (In-office role, with flexibility for some remote work)
What You’ll Do:
Provide timely, professional, and friendly resolutions to customer problems.
Help customers understand the features and services available through the PaintScout platform.
Engage with customers through various channels, including chat, email, phone, and video, meeting them on their preferred platform.
Offer long-term solutions and support by escalating bugs and product issues.
Advocate for our customers, sharing their feedback internally to drive continuous improvement.
Build and maintain a high level of expertise related to PaintScout, using this knowledge daily to effectively resolve customer issues.
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
Who We’re Looking For:
You have experience in a customer-facing role and are skilled at delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-centric mindset.
You handle customer issues with resourcefulness, compassion, and empathy.
Your communication skills—both written and verbal—are top-notch.
You connect well with people from diverse backgrounds and are a team player.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and support tools.
Any experience in the painting industry is a valuable asset.
