Apply today Role Overview Rejuvenation is looking for a full-time Clinic Operations Manager at our Calgary North clinic The primary function of the Clinic Operations Manager is to ensure the clinic is operating smoothly and efficiently and to provide day-to-day support for clinic employees.

This role is accountable for: ensuring company policies and standard operating procedures are being followed and executed at clinic-level and fostering a client-focused experience for patients. Role Objectives The Clinic Operations Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure facility meets and exceeds standard cleanliness levels Adhere to company performance management protocol to effectively evaluate Team Leads and clinic employees Maintain strong working knowledge of all products and service offerings Work closely with the marketing team to optimize monthly promotions and organize in-clinic events Work closely with the Team Leads to coordinate best practices and optimize employee training and development to foster a continuous culture of learning and growth Maintain strong working relationships with all third-party vendors and organize monthly training opportunities for employees Hold regular team meetings to provide clinic updates and review areas of improvement for each department Work closely with Human Resources Manager to deal with all HR related matters (including but not limited to; identify hiring needs and assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees as needed, performance management, discipline, etc.) Work closely with Director of Operations to ensure optimal flow and efficiency of clinic operations Ensure clients are provided with the “U” experience throughout their entire visit to the facility Handle difficult patients and address patient concerns as needed Closely monitor inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize the risk of theft Ordering of office supplies Oversee cash deposits, bank transfers, and ensure cash handling is done in a secure and professional manner Coordinate scheduling needs for physicians and nurse injectors Closely monitor and understand profit and loss (P&L) statement to assess clinic revenue, costs and expenses ad identify cost savings opportunities Support with Clinic expansion and growth opportunities Other duties as assigned Role Qualifications Postsecondary education in business administration or related program preferred 3-5 years’ experience in a management role preferred Experience in dermatology and/or aesthetics preferred Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Advanced conflict resolution and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Employee Equity and Accessibility Statement Rejuvenation Medical Group invites applications from all qualified individuals.
