Role: Clinic Services Associate

As a Clinic Services Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, making a real difference in their lives. You'll have the opportunity to work in our pediatric hearing clinic, supporting children with their hearing needs. What You'll Do:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to existing and prospective patients to schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
  • Assist patients with third-party funding and insurance claims
  • Keep client records organized and assist with general office tasks
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, organized and welcoming for all patients

What you bring:

  • A positive energy and can-do mindset
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year in a customer-facing role (healthcare or retail preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in other languages is a plus!
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn various systems and applications
