*Job responsibilities:*
* Call account holders to discuss delinquency and negotiate repayment
* Gather relevant financial information to find appropriate solutions
* Utilize scripting to keep calls short and solution focused
* Detailed documentation of calls and timely follow ups
* In and out going calls
