Building Operator – Commercial Property
Your New Company
You will be working for a leading real estate owner with a large portfolio of retail commercial property across AB and BC. Due to a departure they are in need of a new Mobile building Operator to support an 8 site portfolio across Edmonton.
Your New Role
You will report into the Property Manager and work closely with another Building Operator. You will be responsible for supporting a 500,000+ sq ft. retail portfolio across South Edmonton.
You will be assisting with the day-to-day operations, carrying out work orders, planned and preventative maintenance and overseeing contractors on site.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
My client is looking for someone who has their 5th class and 4+ years experience in commercial building operations. You will be the mobile operator looking after multiple sites, so extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, Chillers, Cooler & RTU is required. You will have strong communication skills and be comfortable overseeing contractors on site.
This is a mobile role so you must be comfortable driving around the locations.
