Commercial Insurance Account Executive – Construction

Our client is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to join their dynamic team, poised to become the core of their construction practice group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, ensuring high-level satisfaction and retention.

• Account Servicing: Lead account management efforts, including risk assessment, coverage gap analysis, and enhancement opportunities.

• New Business Development: Drive successful onboarding of new clients, establishing strong business partnerships.

• Renewal and Risk Management: Prepare for client renewals, design compelling presentation materials, and address critical risk management issues.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, specifically in a senior account manager or Account Executive role, with a focus on client service deliverables, relationship management, and marketing.

• Proven track record of working with construction accounts.

• Level 2 insurance license required.
