Commercial Tenant Improvement Construction Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Tenant Improvement Construction Owners Representative Project Manager at STANBURY development construction consultants. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of MAJOR TENANT IMPROVEMENT projects across the province, including expediting procurement, managing design, inspections, and logistics management for our commercial clients. The role is primarily located in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications The following are MUST have pre-requisites for this role: at least 5 years of directly relevant commercial and retail tenant improvement project management experience, experience with progressive design build methodology with public sector projects. experience with construction management at Risk methodology for complex mall and retail renovation work, Have experience in development management as it pertains to municipal approvals. Have completed formal Project Management training. Demonstrated negotiating skills and the ability to use sound judgement when making critical decisions.

Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of the BC Building Code. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Due to the amount of automated responses typically received, only candidates that fulfill the above criteria will be responded to.
