Who we are looking for…
You would have played a crucial role in the residential construction industry by estimating the costs and resources required for various residential construction projects being able to analyse project specifications, blueprints, and other relevant documents to determine the materials, labour, equipment, and time needed to complete a project. This means you would have been responsible for accurately estimating the costs associated with construction projects.
Your mission will be to save the day by ensuring our customers achieve their goals while using our product to help them build better!
Your superpower toolkit includes excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of our customers’ needs by staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Technically confident with an in-depth knowledge of the residential construction industry regulations and best practice (10 years or more demonstrated expertise).
- Previous work experience as an Estimator.
- Solid understanding of residential construction methods, estimation tools, materials and processes.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Experience in a customer focused / sales role is a must.
- Unwavering sense of ownership and desire to achieve excellence within the full cycle customer journey.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, working in a team whilst collaborating with various stakeholders.
