Key Contributions


  • Oversee and update tenant guidelines, pre-qualify contractors, and maintain vendor standards.
  • Review tenant plans and signage for compliance with lease terms and design standards.
  • Collaborate with teams on pre-construction requirements, offering input on costs, risks, and timelines.
  • Monitor construction budgets and ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Track project progress, maintain logs, and support timely tenant openings.
  • Define small project scopes, manage contractors, and oversee site activities.
  • Support team culture, safety initiatives, and uphold company values in every interaction.


What You Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in design, coordination, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of tools like Procore, AutoCAD, and MS Office is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • A valid driver’s license and a team-oriented, professional demeanor.
