A rapidly growing Auto Parts Manufacturer is seeking an accomplished Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing Manager to champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across multiple international facilities.

In this pivotal role, the CI Manager will establish and refine systems that drive strategic growth while ensuring sustainable performance improvements. Working with facility locations in Canada, China, and the United Kingdom, the CI Manager will develop best practice benchmarks and implement evergreen processes designed to evolve daily, eliminating the "boomerang effect" that erodes progress over time.

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a proven track record in Process and Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Team Management. The CI Manager will thrive in solving complex challenges, making immediate, on-the-fly improvements, and building robust systems that prevent regression. We are searching for individuals with the ability to lead by example and inspire teams will be critical to success.

What We're Looking For:

  • University Degree in Engineering.
  • Several years of automotive management experience.
  • Expertise in SAP ERP software.
  • Strong background in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
