ClinChoice is seeking a Labeling Artwork Program Manager - Consultant with a HYBRID option in Markham, Canada for a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension, to work with a consumer product client.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in labeling, regulatory affairs, packaging, or project management within the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Labeling Artwork Program Manager to lead end-to-end management of packaging and labeling artwork development, revision, and approval across a consumer health portfolio. The role involves acting as a cross-functional liaison to ensure projects are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with global regulatory and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage artwork development from initiation through approval and implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact between Regulatory, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
- Oversee timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking for multiple projects.
- Coordinate review and approval of labeling content and artwork, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
- Support change control processes related to labeling updates, product launches, and branding initiatives.
- Lead or support process improvements in artwork development and approval workflows.
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in labeling, regulatory affairs, packaging, or project management in relevant industries.
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for labeling and packaging.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams under deadlines.
- Experience with electronic artwork management systems (e.g., Veeva, Adobe Illustrator) preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
