ClinChoice is seeking a Labeling Artwork Program Manager - Consultant with a HYBRID option in Markham, Canada for a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension, to work with a consumer product client.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in labeling, regulatory affairs, packaging, or project management within the consumer health, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Labeling Artwork Program Manager to lead end-to-end management of packaging and labeling artwork development, revision, and approval across a consumer health portfolio. The role involves acting as a cross-functional liaison to ensure projects are completed accurately, timely, and in compliance with global regulatory and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage artwork development from initiation through approval and implementation, ensuring timely delivery.
  2. Serve as the primary contact between Regulatory, Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
  3. Oversee timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking for multiple projects.
  4. Coordinate review and approval of labeling content and artwork, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
  5. Support change control processes related to labeling updates, product launches, and branding initiatives.
  6. Lead or support process improvements in artwork development and approval workflows.
  7. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  2. 5+ years of experience in labeling, regulatory affairs, packaging, or project management in relevant industries.
  3. Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements for labeling and packaging.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams under deadlines.
  5. Experience with electronic artwork management systems (e.g., Veeva, Adobe Illustrator) preferred.
  6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  7. PMP certification or formal project management training is a plus.
