Temp-to-Perm Controller
Our client is on the search for a Temp-to-Perm Controller to join their team!. The successful candidate will demonstrate both technical and leadership skills. Reporting to the President, the Controller will handle the full cycle accounting of their division including the job costing analysis.

Your success will be defined by your ability to: ·

Manage the monthly financial reporting and job costing analysis

Provide oversight to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll staff

Prepare corporate accounting reconciliation and other month-end related functions

Handle process improvement, special projects, and other tasks as required. ERP system/module implementation is an asset.

Your strengths include: ·

CPA designation

Strong technical accounting and Excel skills

Self starting hands-on personality

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to adapt to changes and to operate in a fast pace environment

Experience with manufacturing or construction is an asset

Ability to start quickly
