In this role, you will be stepping into a pivotal, full-time position that reports directly to the CEO. This position offers the opportunity for a successful transition with support, guidance, and mentorship over the first few months to learn the ropes & internal processes.

Join our team and use your skills to manage and build a strong working environment, promote cross-collaboration, and oversee the accounting cycle, payroll, and period closing including month and year-end reports. You will prepare financials, budgets, financial planning, and analysis as required by stakeholders, KPI reporting for the Senior Leadership team, and perform tax planning, reporting, and filings.



As Controller, you’ll report directly to the CEO, inspire and guide a team of 5+ talented individuals and have the opportunity to directly affect the company’s success as being part of a growing leadership team.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the recruitment, training, and mentorship of the accounting team.
  • Overseeing preparation of financial statements and financial data analysis.
  • Handling the creation and management of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Establishing and maintaining robust internal financial controls and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Managing cash flow, liquidity, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborating on tax planning and overseeing tax compliance procedures.
  • Evaluating and enhancing financial systems for improved efficiency and implementing automation tools.
  • Communicating financial insights to management, board of directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitating cross-departmental communication for alignment of business objectives.
