<h3>Job Description</h3><p>Job Description<p><p>The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing and/or construction environment.</p><p>As a key member of the management team, the successful candidate will provide input, feedback, and action on all matters affecting the organization's operations.</p><p>Bilingualism would be an asset for this position.</p><p>An excellent remuneration package is available for the right candidate including a group benefit plan along with a group pension plan</p><p>General Duties & Responsibilities:</p><p>· Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.</p><p>· Month-end reconciliations and closing procedures to prepare accurate monthly financial reporting on a timely basis.</p><p>· Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and general ledger activities</p><p>· Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures, and internal controls.</p><p>· Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, including job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition.</p><p>· Oversee the Job Costing for all projects and report on profitability of the jobs.</p><p>· Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.</p><p>· Provide general IT administration of entire system.</p><p>· Annual review engagement and working papers.</p><p>Skills and Knowledge:</p><p>· Ability to deal effectively and professionally with other departments, clients, and colleagues.</p><p>· Demonstrated ability to take initiative and achieve results in a fast-paced and changing environment.</p><p>· Able to effectively prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met.</p><p>· Proven leadership skills.</p><p>· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.</p><p>· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.</p><p>· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications and an IT background.</p><p>· Experience with ERP Software (Global Shop Solutions)</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Benefits:</p><ul><li><p>Company events</p></li><li><p>Company pension</p></li><li><p>Dental care</p></li><li><p>Disability insurance</p></li><li><p>Employee assistance program</p></li><li><p>Extended health care</p></li><li><p>Life insurance</p></li><li><p>Wellness program</p></li></ul><p>Schedule:</p><ul><li><p>Monday to Friday</p></li></ul><p>Application question(s):</p><ul><li><p>Must manufacturing experience</p></li></ul><p>Education:</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree (preferred)</p></li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li><p>Accounting: 5 years (required)</p></li></ul></p>Company Description<p>W3Global was established in 2006 in Fremont, CA with a vision: simplify the recruiting process and develop an industry-disrupting platform to connect candidates with clients.
