Ensure work station is organized, and speed of service is timely. Ability to follow standardized recipes to ensure consistent results Ability to perform under pressure in a fast pace kitchen environment Responsible for storage and rotation of food items Flexibility with work schedule depending on operational needs.

Part-time will be considered for the right candidate Qualification Requirements Basic Food Safe certification or equivalent Basic understanding of refined cooking techniques Willingness to adapt to unique & special requests in order to exceed guest expectations Minimum 2 year progressive culinary experience required European or hotel experience an asset Legally eligible to work in Canada.
