High Tech Genesis is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Copilot Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot and modern cloud technologies. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant with deep technical expertise and a passion for transforming enterprise operations—starting with tier-one banking clients.

In this role, you will:
Architect and deliver scalable Copilot-based solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and unlock actionable insights.
Lead client engagements, translating business needs into technical strategies and solution roadmaps.
Design and develop custom Copilot agents and connectors using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Graph APIs, and Azure OpenAI.
Define integration patterns and data flows across cloud and on-prem systems using REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Copilot solutions align with governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles.
Guide clients through Copilot adoption, including change management, training, and platform optimization.
