We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Position Summary - Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generating invoices, emailing to customers
  • Reviewing open orders
  • Reviewing finalized orders
  • Posting and receiving customer payments
  • Collections – sending statements, making emails and phone calls to customers
  • Monitoring aging reports
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Support staff with administrative needs as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous administrative or office support experience
  • Customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Experience with ERP systems (Familiarity with Infor Syteline would be an advantage)
  • Customer service experience
