Corporate Records Supervisor

Job Description

A highly regarded Metro Vancouver law firm, recognized for its collaborative culture, exceptional client service, and strong commitment to professional development, is seeking a Corporate Records Supervisor to support its corporate practice group.


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the corporate team
  • Review corporate records, compile information, and prepare summaries or recommendations
  • Allocate work to ensure effective use of team resources
  • Mentor and coach team members on best practices and client file management
  • Assist with closings, transactions, and key corporate projects
  • Prepare corporate documentation and maintain compliance with legislative requirements
  • Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of corporate records
  • Communicate with firm members to coordinate deliverables and timelines
  • Assist with strategic initiatives and departmental improvements


Requirements

  • Paralegal or Legal Assistant Diploma
  • 8+ years of experience in a corporate records or corporate services environment
  • 3 years of experience supervising, mentoring, or leading others
  • Strong understanding of corporate procedures, compliance requirements, and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including advanced proofreading
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with corporate technology platforms such as ALF, or similar systems


Compensation

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
