We are looking for an experienced Production Batcher/ Compounder and Quality Assurance Lead . This ideal candidate would have experience and extensive knowledge in small to large scale execution and batching production of hair care, skin care and body care products.
Job description is as follows and the ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
-Degree in science/ engineering or related field
-Previous experience in manufacturing and preferably in the cosmetic industry.
-Formulation experience an asset (ability to perform stability studies and scale up lab formulations to large production ready formats and procedures.
-Batching/Compounding of large production formulas.
-QC/QA expertise and knowledge
-Inventory maintenence and familiarity with production and raw materials an asset.
