  • Scope: A motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Warehouse & BOC Assistant on a temporary basis to cover a parental leave absence. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for providing excellent customer service at the counter, supporting warehouse operations, and assisting with some of the BOC tasks.

    Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using SX.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and properly store items.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.
  • Assist with basic BOC tasks, including stage 1 & 2 order maintenance

  • Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Duration: Temporary position covering a 6-month parental leave absence.

  • Base salary of 48,000-52,000 commesurate on experience + a Branch incentive bonus

    Actual compensation commensurate with the candidate’s experience, education, internal parity, role complexity, role level, and other relevant factors. The advertised salary range relates to British Columbia and is provided in accordance with the BC Pay Transparency Act. We recognize however that salaries are often driven by market forces in the local area where a candidate is based and accordingly the salary range may not apply outside of British Columbia.
