<p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide positive leadership for your team members</li><li>Share your horticultural knowledge with crew members</li><li>Use your great time management skills to finish projects on time</li><li>Document working hours and materials on a daily basis</li><li>Have basic plant identification skills</li><li>Identify weed species</li><li>Proficient in using line trimmer, hedge trimmer and leaf blower</li><li>Use provided PPE appropriately</li><li>Take great care of company vehicles and equipment</li></ul><p>For a perfect match</p><ul><li>2 years of industry experience</li><li>A college diploma or DEC in horticulture, landscaping or a related field (preferred)</li><li>Good knowledge of landscaping and horticulture</li><li>Bilingual (French and English), Spanish is considered an asset</li><li>Able to work autonomously</li><li>Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and manage stress</li><li>Competent with computers and phone apps</li><li>Must have a valid provincial driver's license with a good driving record</li></ul><p>Compensation details:<br>25-30 Yearly Salary</p>
