The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy professional with a deep understanding of revenue operations in a high-growth environment.Responsibilities:The best candidates will excel at the following:Track, analyze, and report on Business KPIs.Develop a data-driven customer-centric CRM strategy and approach, including customer segmentation, propensity modeling, and customer journey optimization for a global consumer base.Grow our modern property management solution through thoughtful segmentation, targeting and campaigns to our members.Support and drive growth campaigns across prospect campaigns, refer-a-friend, affiliate and re-engagement.Establish key performance indicators for initiatives, drive implementation of analytics requirements, conduct in-depth analyses (in conjunction with finance) and adjust campaigns or plans to maximize performanceDrive innovative customer marketing efforts, always leveraging industry best practicesPrepare business cases, implement processes, and map workflows.Manage lead and contact assignment processes in Sales and marketing systems, providing insights and best practices.Establish scalable campaigns and lead management processes.Implement a ticketing system with SLAs and project management for Revenue Operation cases.Maintain CRM data quality, focusing on HubSpot.Ensure efficient operation and scalability of go-to-market systems.Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives. RequirementsThe best candidates will have the following qualifications:5+ years of experience driving innovative customer marketing efforts, always leveraging industry best practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.Strong knowledge of customer marketing tactics and best practicesCustomer-obsession, entrepreneurial spirit, persistence, bias towards action and a well-rounded skill set.Ability to compile and deliver clear, concise, and reliable reporting on all activities to key stakeholders and senior managementStrength in both the science and art of marketing: knowing when to lean on analytics and experimentation, and when to innovate and find a new directionCreative growth mindset with bold ideas and know-how to get things done.Technical CRM tool expertise, with a deep understanding of related KPIs and analytics.
