With a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Customer Service Advocate to join us during a maternity leave period.

Position Summary

As a Customer Service Advocate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional support and personalized guidance. In this role, you will assist clients with inquiries, provide detailed product information, and help with account management to ensure a seamless experience. Your insights and expertise will enable you to understand our clients’ needs, fostering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities


– Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online platforms.

– Respond to client inquiries regarding products, orders, and services with professionalism and care.

– Leverage knowledge of the hairdressing industry to offer tailored advice and recommendations.


– Process orders and manage client accounts, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance.

– Handle invoicing, payments, and basic accounting tasks to support seamless transactions.

– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.


– Maintain a positive, customer-centric approach in all interactions.



Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the hairdressing or beauty industry.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with hairdressing products, tools, and industry standards is a strong asset.

Accounting Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting, invoicing, and payment processing.


Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to build rapport.

Technical Skills:

– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform data analysis, create and manage spreadsheets, and utilize advanced functions as needed.


– Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software programs and digital tools relevant to the role.

– Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with a strong aptitude for using cloud-based collaboration features

Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying customer needs and resolving issues effectively.


Availability: Ability to cover the duration of the maternity leave, with potential for flexibility in start and end dates.
