We’re currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling)
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide tailored support
  • Present our products and services clearly and confidently to both existing and prospective clients
  • Identify target markets and sectors for our uniform solutions
  • Create and prepare marketing materials for outreach and presentations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and French (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
