We’re currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling)
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide tailored support
- Present our products and services clearly and confidently to both existing and prospective clients
- Identify target markets and sectors for our uniform solutions
- Create and prepare marketing materials for outreach and presentations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and French (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
