We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented customer service representative to join our growing team.

This role is centered on responding to customer inquiries with efficiency and timeliness by providing an outstanding experience for customers and team members, improve customer retention and lead acquisitions.

Each Day you will be involved in:

– Processing inbound purchase orders, verification of items, quantities and all related charges.

– Processing outbound orders ensuring successful completion of last mile delivery.

– Understanding our customers needs through quality conversations and timely and cost effective solutions

– Connecting with customers to respond to inquiries and offer timely solutions

– Collaborating with internal and external teams to streamline processes.

– Being part of new technology

Qualifications :

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry software

– Attention to detail and accuracy

– Good verbal and written communication skills

– Organizing and filing electronic and physical documents

– Ability to manage customers with understanding and calm demeanor

– Dependability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
