As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a high level of service.
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance the customer experience.
Desired Profile:
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar environment.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
