Job Title: Data Entry Clerk – Licensing

Contract Duration: 6 Months

Description:

Join our team as a Data Entry Clerk and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our licensing processes!

As a Data Entry Clerk – Licensing, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date licensing records. Your strong data entry skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review license documents and extract relevant data.
• Enter data accurately into database and spreadsheets.
• Verify accuracy of data entered by external parties.
• Communicate with license holders to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain non-compliance records in the Digital Regulatory Assurance System.
• Assist with general office duties.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent typing skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to understand and follow data entry procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with database software.
• Ability to learn new software programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience working in a team environment.
• Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and compliance regulations (a plus).
• Previous experience in a similar role (a plus).
