Responsibilities Compile, structure, and automate large, complex datasets to support accurate, timely reporting and enhance the efficiency of reporting processes. Manage and maintain the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), preferably Archibus, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and seamless integration with other enterprise systems like Workday and ServiceNow. Govern and maintain data integrity from Space Management and Utilization platforms, conducting regular data validation and reconciliation across the global real estate portfolio. Develop, manage, and enhance Power BI dashboards and generate insightful reports on key metrics such as occupancy, space utilization, lease administration, and capital project planning. Provide crucial data support for the annual budgeting process, including rental chargeback estimates and comprehensive data validation and consolidation efforts. Collaborate effectively with global teams to facilitate precise data collection, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement in reporting quality and automation. Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business users, translating business needs into technical requirements for system enhancements and reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role, preferably within corporate real estate or workplace management. Hands-on experience with systems implementation, maintenance, and data governance. Familiarity with Business Analysis (BA) methodology and a strong sense of ownership. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment. Excellent English writing skills and the ability to organize, facilitate, and document meetings effectively.
