<p>We are looking for an experienced Dayforce Solution Architect to lead architecture, design, and implementation of Dayforce solutions.</p>
<h3>Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Own Dayforce solution architecture and lead design, requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data conversion, and integration.</li>
<li>Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure solution architecture meets requirements.</li>
<li>Drive project initiatives, collaborate with delivery teams, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.</li>
<li>Mentor consultants and help set practice direction.</li>
<li>Document and transfer knowledge internally and externally.</li>
<li>Support client testing and QA activities.</li>
<li>Conduct design and peer reviews, unit testing.</li>
<li>Work with the project team to review problems, define and test solutions.</li>
<li>Exercise leadership through superior technical and domain expertise.</li>
<li>Prepare design documentation and implementation instructions for deployment.</li>
<li>Work with prospects to understand business requirements and advise leadership and business development teams.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions.</li>

<h3>Experience & Education</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years Dayforce Solution Architecture experience.</li>
<li>Broad knowledge of Dayforce functional capabilities across multiple modules.</li>
<li>Experience in Manufacturing & Distribution, Energy & Natural Resources, Retail, Financial Services, or Not for Profit.</li>
<li>Post‑secondary education in a relevant business discipline (B.Com., CPA, etc.) preferred.</li>
<li>Task management and project coordination skills.</li>
<li>Coaching and/or mentoring experience.</li>
<li>Exceptional presentation skills.</li>
<li>Thrives in a virtual, collaborative environment.</li>
<li>Strong oral and written communication.</li>
<li>Ability to multi‑task and deliver quality work with attention to detail.</li>
<li>Excellent time management, managing multiple projects with deadlines.</li>
<li>Adapt quickly to changing client requirements.</li>
