We are HIRING a Full-time Dental Administrator. As the first person to greet our patients, you will be the voice and face of our clinic. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the clinic. Duties you will love doing: * Checking the daily schedule for accuracy and opportunities * Providing information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person * Establishing and facilitating long-term patient relationships while maintaining ethical professional behavior * Gathering and accurately recording medical, personal, and insurance information from patients; ensure this information is updated for existing patients. * Accurately filing new and existing patient information * Managing recall and inactive patient system * Performing basic Administrative Duties * Ensuring the reception area is maintained * Most importantly ENJOY YOUR WORK! About you: * Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills * Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills * A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems * Able to adapt and drive office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for improved customer care/service).
